Cherry Creative Case Study
DAVIS BURLESON × SIRIUSXM
Lollapalooza 2025
The Overview
For Lollapalooza 2025, we developed and executed a multi-platform content strategy for Davis Burleson to amplify his partnership with SiriusXM. Over the course of the festival, Davis interviewed eight artists, bringing his signature light-hearted spirit and fun personality to each conversation. Our strategy focused on maximizing the reach and longevity of the interviews, and showcasing a full picture of the festival weekend by creating:
Full-length interview videos for YouTube to capture the complete artist conversations.
1–3 short-form cutdowns from each interview, optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts to drive engagement and discovery.
Additional content strategy for Davis to execute organically outside of the interview clips to give a well-rounded view of the festival weekend experience
Content was rolled out across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube throughout the weekend and following week, ensuring consistent audience touchpoints and cross-platform visibility. The result was a cohesive, festival-long content package that expanded Davis’s reach, showcased his interview skills, and amplified the SiriusXM partnership.

The Content Strategy
The goal throughout the weekend was to amplify Davis’ Sirius XM interviews and reach as many people as possible to tell the artists’ stories.
Each interview was filmed by our videographer and was cut down into:
1-3 short form clips for TikTok, YouTube Shorts & IG Reels
1 longform video for YouTube* Videos were posted as soon as they were edited to capitalize on the timeliness of Lollpalooza and be a part of fan interactions throughout the weekend. We added additional content ideas per day for Davis to execute organically to show his fashion each day, give BTS clips and added moments with artists. Each morning, the Cherry Creative team sent a detailed email outlining the day with content ideas to Davis and team.
*The Bonus Track Stage & Trailer interviews were the only interviews shared on YouTube
